2 Options of Recruing Process & Where you step in

MACS Recruitment: Once you become our hosting company, we will start the recruiting process meaning we will post your job descriptions & requirements, screen resumes, conduct the first round interview, send you the resume for second screening, and conduct the second interview by your organization to finalize the candidates.

Independent Recruitment: If need help finding candidates only for your positions, then MACS will help post and screen resumes for you but you will be responsible for conducting the interview.
